Jazz Fest 2006 announcement
The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival has made a statement saying that a music announcement is coming on Wednesday, Feb. 15. This announcement will more than likely be the preliminary lineup for the festival. The event will undoubtedly be enormous, given the situation in New Orleans currently. We’ll keep you posted as this develops.

This year will be emotional for us but, I may actually try and attend. I can’t help but, cringing at the thought of the smelly masses (wearing flip flops) descending to ‘check out the destruction’ but, I guess that is human nature.
