Bonnaroo adds two
Tennessee mega-festival Bonnaroo has added two Les Claypool acts to their already extensive lineup. Claypool will perform with hippy idol Trey Anastasio in their band Oysterhead. Additionally, Claypool will perform another set with his personal band.
These acts will compliment a lineup that includes Radiohead, Beck, Elvis Costello, Tom Petty, Andrew Bird, Death Cab for Cutie, Ben Folds, My Morning Jacket, Cat Power, Medeski Martin & Wood, Gomez, Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks, The Dresden Dolls, Son Volt, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Devendra Banhart, The Cat Empire and roughly a bazillion other bands.

I would love to to catch this but, I have to say festivals with five zillion bands always disappoint. I would prefer to see less bands for a longer period of time at a decent price (fat chance). I loved catching Radiohead live - one of the best musical events I’ve had the pleasure to attend!
