Things to do: NYC

Since NYC has stuff to do so often, I’m going to start doing this pretty much daily. With that said, I’m sorry this entry is so late, but I promise to get future ones done by the early afternoon. At any rate, this is what’s happening in NYC:
The Czars at The Delancey -
This is one of my favorite “bands you’ve never heard of.” They perform some sort of piano riddled jazz-esque amalgamation, punctuated by occasional electronic melodies. But it’s not nearly that simple. Their music vascillates through country, cabaret, rock, folk, and pretty much everything else on the gamut. I’ve never seen them perform, but I’m sure it’s really pure awesomeness.
The Honorary Title with Green Carnation at the Knitting Factory -
I don’t like them, but that doesn’t mean they suck. I’m just not a fan of emo. Personal preference. I know some of you kids dig their stuff and that’s fine. I won’t think any less of you. I promise.
