With a Cape and a Cane was one of my favorite 2005 albums. The band favored the basics and didn’t disillusion themselves into attempting something out of scope. The result was vanilla rock, done right, which can still be immensely enjoyable.

The Joggers begin tonight a tour that will take them across the continent and through much of the spring. They’ll be opening the tour tonight in Davis, CA with The Velvet Teen opening. Should be a good show.
