The Intonation Music Festival recently added two new sets to the “most diverse music festival” this summer: Ghostface Killah and Roky Erickson. Press release is as follows:

The annual Intonation Music Festival, scheduled for June 24th and 25th, 2006 in Chicago’s Union Park, has completed its unique lineup. Just added to Saturday’s lineup are psychedelic rock icon Roky Erickson (making an ultra-rare appearance) and rap legend Ghostface Killah.

Roky Erickson, the visionary behind the legendary 13th Floor Elevators, will be making his first appearance outside of Austin, TX since his well-publicized retreat from the public eye 30 years ago. Ghostface Killah, an original member of hip-hop pioneers Wu-Tang Clan, is supporting his white-hot Fishscale LP, which recently debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200.
