Primus to perform festival
Hedgpeth has announced the lineup for its summer festival in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. The two day festival will be headlined by The Flaming Lips and Primus and will also feature what is, as far as I know, the first confirmed performance of Mike Patton’s newest act Peeping Tom (not counting the upcoming Conan O’Brien performance). It will also feature They Might Be Giants, Minus the Bear, The Go! Team, King of Leon, Blue October and more.
I’m interested to see Peeping Tom. I’ve been a Mike Patton fanboy since the earliy Mr. Bungle days and I’m really a fan of most of his more experimental stuff–even though I adore Faith No More. This should be a good show. Tickets are on sale now.
